All of our artisan keycaps are handmade and made-to-order.

This means each piece is crafted individually after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for production before shipment.

Processing Time:
3–5 days (may extend to a week during busy periods)

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

• United States: 7–14 business days

• Europe: 7–15 business days

• Asia: 5–10 business days

• Other countries: 10–20 business days

All orders are shipped from Vietnam.

Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
