Made-to-Order Policy

All artisan keycaps are handmade and made-to-order.

Because each item is custom crafted, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this time, production may have already begun and cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item is significantly different from the product description

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation
